Per Softgel: Calories 10 (Calories From Fat 10); Total Fat 1 g (Polyunsaturated Fat 0. 5 g); Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopherol) 5 IU; Flaxseed Oil 400 mg; Borage Seed Oil 400 mg; Fish Oil (50% Omega-3) 400 mg; These Three Oils Typically Provide the Following Fatty Acid Profile (Omega-3 Fatty Acids 420 mg [Alpha Linolenic Acid {ALA} 220 mg; Eicosapentaenoic Acid {EPA} 120 mg; Docosahexaenoic Acid {DHA} 80 mg]; Omega-6 Fatty Acids 276 mg [Linoleic Acid 180 mg; Gamma Linolenic Acid {GLA} 96 mg; Omega-9 Fatty Acids {Oleic Acid} 152 mg]);.
Inactive Ingredients:
Gelatin; Glycerin.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) softgel three times daily, preferably with meals.
