When the package arrived I was disappointed to find that they shipped me the new product which does not match the picture. I called and explained the situation to a very unsympathetic customer care agent. I shipped the product back with a detailed description of the circumstances and requested that shipping charges, which total about $20.00, be included in my refund. A month later I was finally refunded for only the price of the product.
