Now outrageous comfort and shock absorption just where you need it - the ball of foot area. Absorbs shock without crowding shoe. Dr Scholls Massaging Action, Ball Of Foot Gel Cushion Made with the softest gel you can buy. Designed to stay in place.

DIRECTIONS:
Place Massaging Gel Ball of Foot cushion in shoe with gel side down so that the cushion area rests in the widest portion of the shoe just in front of the arch. Trim the cushion, if necessary. If the cushion moves in the shoe, attach one enclosed adhesive strip to the flat, gel side of each cushion. Remove tape from backing from adhesive strip and press cushion firmly into front of shoe under ball of foot.
