	After many years searching for this product, I was able to find JUNKET* at METRO grocers in Ontario Canada
	I was VERY happy to find this product after searching for many years. In the 70's I used to make it for my kids and they lOVED it - even better than ice cream. They liked the Strawberry flavour the best. It came in a sachet already flavoured. Today's product needs for the customer to add the flavouring. I found it easier to crush the tablet in its' foil wrap. I used one of the custard cups to soften the granules with water. I added 3 tablespoons of (Nestle - Nesquick ) Strawberry flavouring to the milk. I used 1 1/2 cups of 1% milk. 2 % milk also works. My microwave has a thermometer to heat the milk to 110 degrees. At the correct temperature, I added the softened rennet and carefully stired it into the milk. I poured the mixture into the small bowls and let it set. What a great comfort food this is and it brought back wonderful memories. It's a lot easier to make that you might think. Thank you very much . Happy Grandma - Can't wait to make it for my kids and grandkids now that I found it.

	packagr ok but product not
	my family and i bought and used this product many years to make cheese. usually takes 2 tabs for recipe making the milk clabber, but this product didnt clabber according, i had to use 4 tabs and still clabbered poorly. why does this product not have experation date? could not find one on box or foil wrapper?? i was happy to order this online, but feel likely not to reorder it from your store, becouse of may be old product. made cheese for years and know well how to do it. if you have answer about expiration willing to listen. hope to make reorder . thanks
