| | | | | | Customer Reviews | | | | great choice, works on children | | so my 18 month old daughter gets a pretty good scratch on her face, and is simply NOT cooperating with band-aids. i go for this stuff from walgreens called skin shield. being a little wary of applying some strange chemical on my own child, i try it on a cut of my own first and feel NO pain from the application. liquid is potentially messy, and reminds me of a nailpolish smell, but those factors are so inconsequential when compared to the effectiveness of the product.
the stuff seriously dries in seconds. depends on how thick you apply of course, and requires the obligatory gentle airflow you would need to blow out a birthday candle. PERFECT for anyone who has no time for a stupid band-aid that won't stay on.
so then i try it on my daughter.
she cried more from the fact that we were preventing her from watching her cartoon than the appication of some liquid to her face, just above her cheekbone. (box very clearly warns against gettin this stuff in your eyes FYI). once again, blow lightly on liquid, count to 10 and POW. DRY.
waterproof, flexible, antibiotic, AND pain reliever?!? omg i am in love.
i work in a restaurant, and am going to put this in the first aid kit at work. can't believe i never used this stuff before. HIGHLY reccomend it to anyone as clumsy as i used to be. | | -- clumsy daddy, CA, United States, 7/26/2009 | | | | | | | love it! great for cracks in your finger tips-covers thicker than liquid bandage! | | this product puts a great protective layer over even a deep crack or cut. things don't get caught on it to irritate the wound. I've tried every other liquid or spray bandage and nothing comes close-works great for bowling too! | | -- Bob, NY, United States, 2/4/2009 | | | | | Customers Who Viewed This Item Also Bought | | | | | |
