My wife puts one in place before we start foreplay, which makes it easy to move on to intercourse when we're ready. It's best to use these when you're not changing positions a lot since they can come out when the man withdraws, even if you're used plenty of lubricant
Also, where regular condoms can delay things for the man, when using these the male will probably find he experiences orgasm in about the same amount of time as he would if nothing were being used.
