Per 2 Tablets: Vitamin A (Beta-Carotene) 14, 320 IU; Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 226 mg; Vitamin E (dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 200 IU; Zinc (Zinc Oxide) 34. 8 mg; Copper (Cupric Oxide) 0. 8 mg; Lactose Monohydrate; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Crospovidone; Stearic Acid; Magnesium Stearate; Silicon Dioxide; Polysorbate 80; Triethyl Citrate; FD&C Yellow #6; FD&C Red #40 .

DIRECTIONS:
2 tablets, twice a day with meals.
