INDICATIONS:
- Thera Tears Liquid Gel As a lubricant to relieve dryness of the eye.
- As a protectant against further irritation of the eye. For temporary relief of burning, irritation, and discomfort including exposure to wind or Sun.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose 1% .
Inactive Ingredients:
Borate Buffers, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Purified Water, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate.
DIRECTIONS:
To open, twist tab completely off. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
WARNINGS:
For external use only. To avoid contamination do not touch tip of opened container to any surface. Do not reuse. Once opened discard. Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. Stop use and ask a doctor if, you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation, condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Do not touch unit-dose tip to eye.

| | | | Customer Reviews | | |  | Several of the packs pf 4 containers contain only 3 containers | | lot # 8s029 ex date 2011-07 I have found that several of your 4 pack only contain 3 of the Thera tears containers. I am a blind and have having to use your product to help with my dry eyes. On a good day, I will use 2 packs ( 8 ) containers to keep my eyes from dring up so bad that at times I can not open my eye lids. You have a product that I have told my friends about,and to this day,they are very happy with your liquid gel drops. But as I have said I buy 6-8 boxes at a time and over the last 2 months,I have found that several packs,still sealed contain only 3 instead of 4 containers. I enjoy your product and still count on it to releive my dry eyes. As I have said ,this lot # has been coming up short and I wanted to know if this was a common thing and others were finding the same or if this is just a qurke of nature. Any way I felt it nessary to inform you of this problem and add my 2 Cents.Also I couldn't add the city to your servay
