SelfGrip Maximum Support Self-Adhering Athletic Tape / Bandage, 3 Inch, Beige Combination of elastic bandage and athletic tape. Provides maximum support and compression. Excellent as a secondary bandage over sterile gauze. No need for clips, pins or velcro. Reusable and washable, will not come off in the water. Recommended by doctors, trainers and therapists. Adheres to itself. SelfGrip helps athletes perform at their best by providing firm compression and maximum support to ligaments, tendons, and muscles. The unique 98% cotton and 2% latex woven technology allows SelfGrip to adhere to itself without the use of pins or clips, and without sticking to hair or skin. It tears easily, is hand washable and reusable. The exclusive properties of SelfGrip allow it to maintain a firm grip even under water. For Maximum comfort the following bandage widths are recommended: - Finger, Wrist: 1 or 2
- Ankle, Foot , Elbow: 2 or 3
- Knee, Leg: 3 or 4
