ThermaCare is a disposable air-activated wrap that delivers low level, consistent, therapeutic heat for 8 hours. Just open the pouch and these single-use wraps begin to warm up when exposed to the air. Provides temporary relief of minor muscular and joint aches and pains associated with overexertion, strains, sprains and arthritis. Air-activated - just open pouch. Starts to warm on its own immediately. 8 hours of heat. Provides relief that lasts long after you take off the wrap. Ultra-thin, comfortable, discreet. Under clothing, no one knows you're wearing it. Odorless. Restores body naturally by increasing circulation to area of pain. Use anytime. Day or night, even while you're sleeping.

Heat Cells Contain: Activated Charcoal; Iron Powder; Sodium Chloride; Sodium Thiosulfate; Water.
DIRECTIONS:
Tear open the pouch when ready to use. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach its therapeutic temperature. Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side. Place on pain area with adhesive side toward skin. Attach firmly. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend you wear ThermaCare for 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. WARNINGS:
DO NOT MICROWAVE. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours.
