INDICATIONS:
Benadryl Allergy and Sinus Headache Relief KapGels temporarily relieves the symptoms of hay fever and the commond cold: - Runny nose or sneezing.
- Minor aches and pains.
- Nasal congestion.
- Temporarily relieves these additional symptoms of hay fever: itching of the nose or throat, itchy, watery eyes.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Acetaminophen (325mg) (pain reliever), Diphenhydramine HCl (12. 5 mg) (antihistamine), Phenylephrine HCI (5mg) (nasal decongestant).
Inactive Ingredients:
Candelilla Wax, Crospovidone, Yellow 10 Aluminum Lake, FD and C Blue 1 Aluminum Lake, FD and C Yellow 5 Aluminum Lake, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, Providone, Pregelatinized Corn Starch, Stearic Acid, Titanium Dioxide.
DIRECTIONS:
Do not use more than directed (see overdose warning). - Adults and children 12 years of age and over : swallow 2 caplets every 4 hours not to exceed 12 caplets in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.
- Children 6 to under 12 years of age : swallow 1 caplet every 4 hours not to exceed 5 capsules in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.
- Children under 6 years of age : ask a doctor. Store at 59 to 77 degrees F in a dry place.
WARNINGS:
Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen cause liver damage.
Do not use: With other product containing these active ingredients. If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinsons disease), or 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. With any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin.
Ask a doctor before use if you have: Heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, diabetes, trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, high blood pressure, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chromic bronchitis.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are : taking sedatives or tranquilizersWhen using this product: Do not use more that directed. Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Excitability may occur especially in children. Avoid alcoholic drinks.
Stop use and ask a doctor if: New symptoms occur. Pain or nasal congestion get worse and lasts for more than 5 days (children or 7 days (adults). Redness or swelling is present. Fever get worse or lasts for more than 3 days. You get nervous, dizzy or sleepless.
If pregnant or breastfeeding: ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose warning: Taking more than recommended dose may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
