INDICATIONS:
SAM-e 400 mg tablets to enhance positive mood by Sundown
It contains SAM-e (S-Adenosyl-methionine) a compound that our bodies make from methionine, an amino acid found in protein-rich food. SAM-e supports and enhances positive actions within the body and its importance has been demonstrated in numerous published studies.
- SAM-e supports and enhances positive mood by helping maintain healthy neurotransmitter balance and brain cell function.
- SAM-e is particularly important for the liver because glutathione is synthesized from it and glutathione helps support the body's antioxidant system and promotes healthy liver function.
DIRECTIONS:
Take one tablet in the morning and one table in the afternoon for the first week. If after the first week the desired benefits are not achieved, then you may require a higher level of supplementation. Gradually increase the number of tablets up to eight tablets in divided doses of two tablets (400 mg) throughout the day until benefits are achieved. Do not exceed eight tablets daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you are taking prescription antidepressant medications, consult your physician before using this product.
