Psyllium husk, approx. 3. 4 g. Wheat Flour, Sucrose, Corn Oil, Psyllium Husk, Oats, Fructose, Oat Hull Fiber, Corn Starch, Soy Lecithin, Cinnamon, Molasses, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Nutmeg, Sodium Bicarbonate, Ascorbic Acid (Preservative).

DIRECTIONS:
Adults 12 years & older:Take 2 wafers with 8oz of your favorite hot or cold beverage at the first sign of irregularity. Can take up to 3 doses daily if needed or as recommended by a doctor. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours.
Children 6 to under 12 years: One wafer (1/2 of Adult dosage) with 8oz of their favorite beverage, up to 3 doses daily.
Children under 6: Consult a doctor.
New users: start with 1 dose daily. If minor bloating occurs when you increase doses, try slightly reducing the amount you are taking. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warning.
WARNINGS:
Choking: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.

Ask a doctor before use if you have : A sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks. Abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting.
