When I called about replacement they said they could not guarantee I would receive blue ones, and that I could return them. However, they insisted I pay for the shipping back and I would not be refunded the original shipping. Frustrated, I insisted to not pay for the return shipping. I was finally told I would be refunded the entire amount including shipping, but that I was still responsible for return shipping. VERY ANGRY.
