It provides the high quality protein, essential amino acids and evergy packed carbohydrates that the body requires to support lean body tissue. Protein and amino acids are necessary to help build and repair body tissues including muscles. This great tasting nutritious formula is packed with 17 grams of protein (and amino acids) and 22 grams of carbohydrate.

INGREDIENTS:

Proprietary protein blend (soy protein isolate, whey protein isolate and calcium/sodium caseinate), crystalline fructose, maltodextrin, alkalized cocoa, natural and artificial flavors, vitamin mineral premix [dicalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, ascorbic acid, L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, zinc gluconate, vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), niacinamide, ferrous fumarate, d-calcium pantothenate, copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), riboflavin, thiamin mononitrate, chromium aspartate, folic acid, d-biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)], salt, guar gum, acesulfame K and aspartame.

DIRECTIONS:

• Add three (3) level scoops (45g) of Dynamic Muscle Builder with 8 fl oz (240 ml) cold water, milk or your favorite beverage.
• Use an electric blender or a shaker bottle to mix thoroughly.
• Serve immediately.
• Consume 1-3 servings per day with or between meals depending on your calorie goals.
