INDICATIONS:

Drive Medical bariatric platform walker or crutch attachment for use on folding walkers

• Designed for those who are unable to grip the walker.
• Universally adjustable.
• Cradles forearm with soft vinyl padding for comfortable weight bearing.
• Large top bracket allows the platform attachment to be placed over the hand grip of the walker.
• Adjustable strap securely holds arm in place.
• Fits most manufacturers walkers.
• 300 lb. weight capacity.

DIRECTIONS:

• Determine which side of the platform attachment will be used.
• Attach armrest and handle to vertical platform post using the supplied bolts and adjustment.
• Place both platform clamps on the vertical platform post with the longer clamp on first (top).
• Loosely attach the bottom (smaller) clamp to the lower horizontal walker crossbar.
• Loosely attach the top (large) platform clamp to either the upper horizontal walker crossbar or over the top bar handle.
• Adjust platform post to desired height.
• Tighten both clamps carefully adjusting both sides of clamps equally.
• Adjust arm support and handle to increase patient comfort and support. Tighten all adjustment knobs to ensure patient safety.
