Information about Heliocare
Polypodium leucotomos is one of a species of tropical ferns found in Central and South America.
Frenblock, the standard extract used in Heliocare capsules, is a rich source Polypodium compounds, mainly 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3-caffeoylquinic acid. It also contains monosacharides and flavinoids.

Heliocare contains Green tea extract, Beta-carotene and an extract of the Polypodium leucotomos (a kind of fern).
DIRECTIONS:
Used in humans for over twenty (20) years - a dietary supplement in more than 10 countries.
Take one capsule in the morining, combine with a topical sunscreen. Starts working within one-haif hour.
Dosage:Capsule(240mg)taken daily with water or juice. Capsules when more than ordinary sun exposure is expected.
WARNINGS:
There are no known side effects associated with HELIOCARE.
