INDICATIONS: Icy Hot Heat Therapy pain relieving heat patches provide effective temporary relief of muscular and joint pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, muscle strains and sprains.
Icy Hot Heat Therapy heat patches are air activated, self-heating patches that provide up to 8 hours of continuous warmth for long-lasting, targeted pain relief.
Icy Hot Heat Therapy Extra Strength Extra Large Patch, Back & Large Areas provides portable, soothing, relaxing heat just like an actual electric heating pad. The odor-free, non-medicated patches are designed to be thin and discreet making them ideal for use anywhere and anytime. The unique, body-hugging design stays in place all day to temporarily relieve pain, increase circulation, decrease stiffness and relax sore muscles.

DIRECTIONS: Tear open pouch to activate when you are ready to use product. Remove inner liner from back of heat patch. Apply heat patch to site of pain.
For maximum effectiveness, wear the heat patch for 8 hours, but not more than once in a 24 hour period.
Store in a cool, dry place avoiding direct sunlight. Maximum temperature 113 degrees F (45 degrees C) when used as directed.
WARNINGS: For external use only. As with any heat product, Icy Hot Heat Therapy has the potential to cause skin irritation or minor burns. Check skin periodically during use for irritation or redness to reduce this risk. Do not microwave this product or attempt to reheat in any way. Do not lie on, sleep on or put pressure on heat patch. The heating elements contain iron, which can be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and call a Poison Control Center right away. Do not cut or tear heat patch or expose skin to contents. If contents of heat patch come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse with water immediately. Product may cause skin irritations or burns if used improperly.
Do not use:
on broken or damaged skin or open wounds, or if you are bed-ridden or prone to skin ulcers. with medicated topical analgesic creams, oils, lotions, or patches. with other forms of heat. on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. on people unable to remove the product, including infants and children 12 years or younger. on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt. in oxygen enriched environment. a patch that has been torn or sliced open.
Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
When using this product it is normal to experience some skin redness after removing the patch. Discontinue use of the heat patch until the redness goes away completely.
Stop use and ask a doctor if after 7 days your pain gets worse, does not improve or clears up and occurs again within a few days. This may be a sign of a more serious condition. You experience any discomfort, swelling, rash, redness or other changes in your skin that persist where the heat patch was worn.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
