Cleans with every flush. Cleaning agents are released directly into the bowl, cleaning your toilet automatically flush after flush.
DIRECTIONS: Do not remove cap. Turn bottle cap down with the wide notch toward hook. Place cap onto round plastic ring. Push bottle down firmly until it snaps tightly against tray. Pull up hook and place over side rim of bowl. Push unit up snugly under rim. Flush toilet and slide unit as needed to ensure water flows over unit.
WARNINGS: Causes eye and skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling. Contains surfactants.
First Aid: Eyes and Skin: Immediately flush eyes and skin with plenty of water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. If Swallowed: Immediately drink 1 to 2 glasses of water or milk. Then immediately call a Poison Control Center or physician.

It was always sold out at Walmart when I went to buy it. I always bought 6 at a time. Please try to get some store to stock this again.
