Benefiber Fiber Supplement Ultra Caplets contain twice the amount of fiber as the leading fiber capsule.
Now, you need to take only 3 caplets to get the same level of fiber! These easy to use caplets are made with 100% natural fiber and never thicken or swell, like others can.

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Dextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide.

DIRECTIONS:
Adults: Take 3 caplets up to 3 times daily to supplement the fiber content of your diet. Swallow with liquid.
Do not exceed 9 caplets per day.

WARNINGS:
