MANUFACTURER: LEE PHARMACEUTICAL CO.

INDICATIONS:

Helps stop mouth pain and provides relief for many kinds of problems: sore gums; after tooth extraction; minor sore throat; denture irritation.

INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Phenol 1. 4%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Water; Glycerin; Saccharin Sodium; Zinc Chloride; Oil of Peppermint; D&C Red #33; FD&C Yellow #5 (Tartrazine) as a Color Additive.

DIRECTIONS:
Adults and children 12 years and older: For sore throat, gargle or swish at least 15 seconds and spit out. Repeat every 2 hours. For children 6 to under 12 years old apply 10mL (2 teaspoons full) on gauze pad to affected area or gargle or swish at least 15 seconds and spit out. Children under 12 years old must be supervised in use of product. Children under 6 years of age contact your physician or dentist.

WARNINGS:
DO NOT SWALLOW. Severe or persistent sore throat accompanied by fever, headache, rash, swelling, nausea, and vomiting may be serious. Consult physician promptly. Do not use for more than 2 days or administer to children under 3 years, unless directed by physician or dentist. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATION OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL INGESTION CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN OR POISON CONTROL CENTER IMMEDIATELY.
