I had been taking Slow-Mag for muscle twitching and odd sensations of heat in my lower legs. It worked well, but was a bit pricey. I found this generic brand and thought I'd give it a try. It works just as well for less than half the price. Plus, it doesn't contain any dye. I had tried another magnesium chloride supplement that was not a slow-release formula and it didn't work at all. I would highly recommend this, in fact, I just purchased a year's supply so I have extra to give away to people I meet who are experiencing symptoms like the ones I had. The only negative thing I've noticed about this product is the fact that it oozes an oil-like substance when it is kept in a pill organizer for more than a few days. This happened with the Slow-Mag too so I assume it has something to do with the nature of the product.
