DIRECTIONS:
Recommended Usage: Consume twice daily when you experience premenstrual symptoms: once before breakfast and once between 4 and 5 PM in the afternoon. A third pms Escape drink may be consumed in the evening if needed. For best results consume entire drink within 5-10 minutes. If PMS symptoms start in the afternoon, take the first drink in the afternoon and a second drink in the evening, following dinner.

Empty the powder into a glass or water bottle.

Add 8 to 10 ounces of cool water.

Stir or shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

For best results, take on an empty stomach.
