For the nose, Breathe Right nasal strips open nasal passages, so you can breathe through your nose, and close your mouth. For the Throat, Breathe Right throat rinse lubricates throat tissues to minimize vibrations and control the snoring sound.

Per Tablet: Magnesium Oxide 400 mg USP
Inactive Ingredients:
Purified Water, Alcohol, Glycerine, Polysorbate 80, PVP/VA Copolymer, Essential Oil Blend, Wintergreen Oil (and), Menthol (and), Peppermint Oil (and), Anise Oil (and), Eugenol, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Saccharin, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate, Simethicone, FD&C Blue 1.
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse in the back of your throat with 2 teaspoons of Snore Relief throat rinse for 10-15 seconds at bedtime. Do Not Swallow. For best results do not eat or drink 30 minutes before or after rinsing.
