One Table Provides: 200mg calcium(Elemental). Calcium to phosphorus ratio:1. 3 to 1.
DIRECTIONS:
Take one or two tablets two times daily or as recommended by a physician, pharmacist. Usual dose for Adults and Children 4 or More Years of Age: One tablet three times daily with meals, or as directed by the physician or dentist.
