INDICATIONS:
O Keeffes Working Hands creates the perfect microenvironment for the skin to repair itself and regain its integrity. We utilize three chemical properties to encourage the skin to initiate the healing process. First we hydrate the skin with both water and glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant which chemically draws moisture to itself. Hydration is the process of replacing lost cellular water (only hydrated cells are capable of repairing themselves). Secondly we trap that moisture at the cellular level to prevent evaporation. Thirdly, we alter the pH in the dermis layer of the skin causing the chemo receptors to react to that change by activating the production of the body's own potent compounds that stimulate healing. Our product is safe and effective for all skin types.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Ammonium Stearate, Ammonium Borate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Paraffin, Diazolidinyl-Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate.
DIRECTIONS:
Apply at bedtime and 2-4 times daily. Mild stinging of abraded skin is normal. Discontinue if irritation occurs. * Product performance is enhanced when used at night. Studies show a slight elevation in skin temperature at night. Elevated skin temperature allows better penetration of moisture. Therefore, bedtime is the best time to apply O'Keeffe's Working Hands Creme and promote healing.
