INDICATIONS:

Vitamin D-400 I. U. Vitamin Supplement Tablets plays a role in the maintenance of calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood. Vitamin D is involved in proper bone mineralization.

INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:

Vitamin D 400 I. U. 100%.
Inactive Ingredients:

Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Cellulose Coating, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

WARNINGS:

Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product.

Do not exceed recommended dose.

Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES.

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling.

NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
