200 mcg elemental chromium

No artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no preservatives

No chemical solvents, yeast, starch or gluten

Necessary for proper carbohydrate metabolism - Chromium Picolinate is a highly absorbable form of chromium.

Helps metabolize carbohydrates, fat and protein.

INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:

Calcium 120 mg; Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) 200 mcg.
Inactive Ingredients:

Dicalcium Phosphate; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Croscarmellose Sodium; Magnesium Stearate.

DIRECTIONS:

FOR ADULT USE: 1 tablet up to 5 times per day (up to 1000 mcg chromium per day). If you are a diabetic, consult a physician for proper use of this product, which contains chromium.
