Vitamin B-12 1000 MCG Tablets, By Natures Bounty - Vitamin B-12 is essential for the normal formation of blood cells and contributes to the health of the nervous system. In addition, the B vitamins play a role in energy metabolism in the body.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Vitamin B-12 1, 000 mcg 16, 666% (as Cyanocobalamin).
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Mannitol, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
WARNINGS:
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES.
