INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Melatonin 3mg(as n-Acetyl-5-Methoxytryptamine).
Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) tablet, only at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. DO NOT EXCEED 3 MG IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. Calcium and other minerals can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice.
WARNINGS:
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling.
