INDICATIONS:

INGREDIENTS:
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Povidone, Cellulose Coating.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. If you have never taken bee products, start with a small serving per day and increase gradually in order to assess whether you are allergic. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, including gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, allergic reaction, headache, rash, dry skin, hair loss, fatigue, drowsiness, wheezing, difficulty breathing, hives, skin or mouth irritation, heart palpitations, nervousness, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, breast pain, menstrual changes, menopausal bleeding, bone or liver problems, changes in blood pressure or blood lipid levels.
