INDICATIONS:
Radiance Time Release Tablets provides a gradual release of vitamins and minerals over a prolonged period of time. Dietary Supplement with phytonutrients. Long Acting. Vitamin & Mineral Supplement with phytonutrients.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults: take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
WARNINGS:
If you are under medical supervision or have a medical condition, please consult a doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Diabetics/Hypoglycemics: Use only under a doctor's supervision because this product contains chromium which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect your blood glucose levels. In some cases, a person may be sensitive to Niacin. The reaction may be dizziness, nausea, flushing, a rash or itching, which is temporary (15 to 30 minutes). This is a normal reaction to Niacin. If a constant reaction occurs, discontinue use of this product. Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately.

My family has been using it for over 5 years now. | | I am an RN and I am very careful about what I put into my body, so I like to do my research/homework when ever I am about to take any supplement. I was impressed with the fact that Radiance Time Release Vitamins, were just that, time released. I have'nt found any thing else that compares to the completeness of the vitamin/mineral/phytonutrient content in just one tablet! I started using Radiance Time Release Vitamins more than 5 years ago. I am now 52 years old. After taking this for a few months I noticed a better well being and some joint pain I had, disappeared. I connected that it must have something to do with the supplement. My husband was complaining of a chronic knee and shoulder joint pain. I eventually convinced him to start taking it and lo and behold his pain disappeared. He got relief for a couple of years. Yes, he ultimately had to have knee surgery, but at least he had some pain free years and he swears by Radiance now. My 20 year old son was so impressed that he began to take it. I must admit that I do supplement this tablet with Vit C 500mg and Zinc 50 mcg whenever I feel a cold coming on. If you look at the % Daily Value column, you will notice that nothing is a mega dose. Mega doses of anything, without a doctors supervision, can be dangerous.
