Natures Bounty Ultra Vita-Min Multivitamin & Mineral Supplement Tablets delivers key nutrients in a convenient daily dosage. It includes 100% or more daily value of Vitamins A, B, C, and D; also includes: Calcium, Iron, Selenium, Inositol, Rose Hips and a Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex.
INGREDIENTS:
Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Silica, Cellulose Coating, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Calcium Citrate, Titanium Dioxide Color, Alfalfa Leaf, Watercress, Parsley Leaves, Kelp, Lecithin.
DIRECTIONS:
Take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. If you have never taken bee products, start with a small serving (perhaps 1/4 tablet) per day and increase gradually in order to assess whether you are allergic.
WARNINGS:
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Avoid this product if you have allergies to shellfish, pollen, bees or bee products, or if you are sensitive to iodine. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, a family history of iron overload or iron-loading anemias, a bleeding disorder, kidney, thyroid or heart problems; liver disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, hypoglycemia, kidney stones, an ulcer, gastritis, heartburn, sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism, Wilsons disease, if you smoke or consume alcohol daily, if you plan to have or have had recent surgery, or if you are taking ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS including hormone replacement therapy, birth control pills, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, blood pressure medication, biophosphonates, medications for Parkinsons disease, blood thinners or daily aspirin. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, including gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, allergic reaction, headache, rash, dry skin, hair loss, fatigue, drowsiness, wheezing, difficulty breathing, hives, skin or mouth irritation, heart palpitations, nervousness, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, breast pain, menstrual changes, menopausal bleeding, bone or liver problems, changes in blood pressure or blood lipid levels. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
Adults: Do not exceed 10, 000 IU of Vitamin A daily. Pregnant Women and Women of Child Bearing Age: Do not exceed 8, 000 IU of Vitamin A daily, except under the advice of a physician. Everyone should limit excessive Vitamin A intake to avoid serious adverse effects.
TAMPER RESISTANT: Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.
