Per 1/2 Gummi: Total Carbohydrate . 69 g (Sugar . 68 g); Vitamin A (As Acetate) 2500 IU; Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 30 mg; Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 200 IU. Per 1 Gummi: Total Carbohydrate 1. 39 (Sugar 1. 37 g); Vitamin A (As Acetate) 5000 IU; Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 60 mg; Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 400 IU .
Inactive Ingredients:

Sugar; Glucose Syrup; Gelatin; Vegetable Powders (Spinach; Carrot; Tomato; Cauliflower; Cabbage; Broccoli); Citric Acid; Malic Acid; Natural Flavours (Lemon; Pineapple; Strawberry; Orange); Fruit Juice Concentrate (Strawberry); Curcuma Extract; Paprika Emulsion.

DIRECTIONS:
Gum must be chewed before swallowing. For adults and children. 2-4 years of age: Chew one-half fruit gum daily. Over 4 years of age: Chew one fruit gum daily.
