It is an essential amino acid that is not made by the body and must be obtained in the diet or by supplementation.

Active Ingredients:

Per Caplet: L-Lysine HCl 1 g (1000 mg).
Inactive Ingredients:

Microcrystalline Cellulose; Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil; Croscarmellose Sodium.

DIRECTIONS:
FOR ADULT USE ONLY: 1 caplet per day, on an empty stomach.
