I quit in 1977. I was on the last filter for two weeks. I ran out of cigarettes one day and decided not to buy any more. I have not smoked since- it's been 32 years. My Dr. said it takes 9 years for your lungs to recuperate from smoking 2 packs a day, which is what I smoked! I love this product because it works! I had ried many times before to quit. I think the nicotien reduction is the key. What you need to do is advertise, advertise, advertise! This product was a God-send. I was smoking two packs of cigarettes a day and could not - would not STOP, but wanted to so much. Nicotine is very addictive, and I was having trouble breathing, especially if I went to bicycle riding or tried to run, or even climbed some stairs. The best part about this product for a smoker, is the fact that you do not have to quit smoking the next day, but you begin with the 1st filter.
