The double action shield helps to keep the ingredients in place for hours so you can sleep knowing that your psoriatic skin is being treated throughout the night.
Dermarest Psoriasis Overnight Treatment will help improve your skin¦s appearance by breaking down the crusty scales and stop the itching, redness and inflammation associated with psoriasis. Dermarest has no unpleasant scent and staining that are sometimes associated with coal tar based products.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Salicylic acid 3% for Psoriasis .
Inactive Ingredients:
purified water, PVP, sodium citrate, PEG-75, PVM/MA decadiene crosspolymer, kukui (Aleurites moluccana) nut oil, safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) extract, rhubarb (Rheum palmatum) extract, sweet almond (Prunus amygdalus dulcis) oil.
DIRECTIONS:
Apply product over the affected areas. Let dry to form a film.
Reapply as needed not to exceed 4 times in a 24 hour period.
WARNINGS:
For external use only.
Do not use this product with other forms of psoriasis therapy such as ultraviolet radiation or prescription drugs unless directed to do so by a doctor.
Ask a doctor before use if you have psoriasis that covers a large area of the body.
When using this product avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens or does not improve after regular use.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

I use this on the psoriasis plaques on my legs and I can use it daily because it doesn't transfer to my jeans. I also use it on my elbow and it is not noticable to others and it is not greasy. Put it on, and in about 5 minutes, it is like it is not even there anymore.
