• Apply to clean, dry skin.
• Do not use moisturizer on under-eye area before or after application. Works with or without foundation.
• To use with foundation:
• For each eye: Place 2 drops of serum into the palm of your hand.
• Add one dot of foundation and mix with finger.
• Using fingertip, smooth on from inner to outer corner of under-eye area.
• Once applied, you must keep face still.
• Do not frown or smile until completely dry (in 3 minutes).
• You will feel a tightening effect, which means the product is working.
• Do not go over again.
• Repeat with other eye.
• When dry, apply foundation to rest of face.

the product does workthe problem is that it leaves a white dry film that is very noticable.it would be great if the company could reformulate the product so it could dry with a moist finish. when i tried mixing it with a cream or undereye cover the puffiness just came back. it was very dissappointing since since is the only product that worked instantly, its too bad i can't use it due to the dry film. i hope there's a way to resolve it because it would be the only product i would buy.-- hopeful, , United States Minor Outlying Islands, 4/23/2009
