DIRECTIONS:
Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to boil water for formula and bottle preparation. Pour desired amount of warm water into bottle. Add powder, cap bottle and SHAKE WELL. Use the following instructions for correct amounts of water and powder. (Use scoop enclosed to measure powder). To make a 2 ounce bottle: add 1 packed level scoop (8. 8 g) to 2 fluid ounces of water. To make a 4 ounce bottle: add 2 packed level scoops (17. 6 g) to 4 fluid ounces of water. To make a 6 ounce bottle: add 3 packed level scoops (26. 4 g) to 6 fluid ounces of water. To make a 8 ounce bottle: add 4 packed level scoops (35. 2 g) to 8 fluid ounces of water. To make 1 quart: add 1 unpacked level measuring cup (128 g) to 29 fluid ounces of water. May separate in the refrigerator; shake well before feeding.
WARNINGS:
Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may result.
