DIRECTIONS:
Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to boil water for formula and bottle preparation. Pour desired amount of warm water into bottle. Add powder, cap bottle and SHAKE VIGOROUSLY. To make a 2 oz bottle: 2 fl oz water + 1 packed level scoop of powder (8. 5 g). To make a 4 oz bottle: 4 fl oz water + 2 packed level scoops powder (17 g). To make a 6 oz bottle: 6 fl oz water + 3 packed level scoops powder (25. 5 g). To make a 8 oz bottle: 8 fl oz water + 4 packed level scoops powder (34 g). To make 1 quart: 29 fl oz water + 1 packed level measuring cup powder (124 g).
WARNINGS:
