INDICATIONS:

Iodex topical antiseptic ointment, regular

As long as Iodex remains in contact with body tissues in minor cuts, wounds and abrasions, the iodine gradually separates from the molecule of the carrier and inhibits the growth and action of bacteria and promotes healing. INGREDIENTS:

Active Ingredients

4.7% Iodine.

Inactive Ingredients

Petrolatum, Oleic Acid, and Paraffin.

DIRECTIONS:

• Apply and rub until color disappears.
• If area is too tender, apply freely and cover with a light loose bandage.

WARNINGS:

• Do not use tight or heavy air excluding bandage.
• Discontinue use if excessive irritation of the skin develops.
• Avoid getting into eyes or mucous membrane.
• Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children.
• In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance and contact a poison control center immediately.
