Chelated Calcium 500 Mg & Magnesium 250 Mg Tablets, By Natures Bounty containing Calcium and Magnesium are essential for promoting strong bones, proper muscle contraction and nerve impulses. Thissupplement is chelated to support bioavailability in the body.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate, Oyster Shell and Calcium Gluconate) 1, 000 mg 100% ; Magnesium (as Magesium Oxide and Magnesium Gluconate) 500 mg 125%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Cellulose (plant origin), Croscarmellose, Titanium Dioxide Color, Cellulose Coating, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) or two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
WARNINGS:
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Warning: Do not consume product if you have an allergy to shellfish.

Then i learned it was best to combine magnesium and calcium in order for both to work efficiently in the body, and so i found the Nature's Bounty brand. Little did I know that not only would it help me with sleep, but it also cured my lifelong constipation. I haven't struggled with this issue since I started taking it, and go everyday with NO problems! How awesome is that!? I would recommend it for anyone with chronic constipation, rather than taking prescription medications for it. These minerals are something our body needs anyway, and curing constipation is a pleasant side effect.
