INDICATIONS:
Thum Liquid Stops thumb sucking and nail biting.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Cayenne Pepper Extract, Citric Acid.
Inactive Ingredients:
Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, Lacquer.
DIRECTIONS:
Apply to dry finger nails twice a day to prevent NAIL BITING and THUMB SUCKING. Allow THUM to dry. Remove THUM with nail polish remover.
WARNINGS:
THUM rubbed on eyes will cause stinging; relieve by washing with cold water. Do not use on babies too young to realize repeated rubbing causes stinging. If evidence of skin irritation appears, discontinue use and apply cream or lotion. THUM is flammable: Keep away from heat and open flame. THUM will stain clothing and furniture finishes. Keep out of the reach of children.

I figured he would just grow out of it, but that still has not happened. I have tried dipping his fingers in pepper, hot sauce, and nail polish (clear of course). ;) Nothing would work. So, I saw this at Rite Aid and said, "Well, it's worth a shot," No! It's not worth a shot. It should not even be on the market! It does not work. He doesn't care when I put it on and he will go right back into his room and bite them some more. His nails are still little stubs that bleed. I would bet money that I don't even think they grow anymore, that is how serious this is. Now, I am out more money for a product that doesn't even work. AND on top of it all, there is no phone number or website to contact them about it!! There is an address on the bottle and that is about it! Do not buy this product.... it does not work!! It is such a waste of money!! And if the child is eating the stuff... how safe can that be? There is citric acid in it, along with acetone and alcohol. Nice.... that is what my son is eating!
