Calci - Chew tablets with USP grade calcium carbonate, Cherry flavor:

Calci - Chew tablets with USP grade calcium carbonate, Cherry flavor for the distinctive nutritional needs of renal patients.

INGREDIENTS:

Active Ingredients:

Per Tablet: USP Grade Calcium Carbonate (Elemental Calcium 500 mg).

Inactive Ingredients:

Sugar; Acacia; Artificial Cherry Flavor; Citric Acid; Stearic Acid; Silicon Dioxide; Magnesium Stearate (Less Than 0. 04 mg Magnesium Per Tablet).

DIRECTIONS:

1 tablet daily as directed by a physician as a medical food.

WARNINGS:

Adult dosage of more than three (3) tablets daily, and any use in children under 12 years of age, should only be under the direct supervision of a physician.
