INDICATIONS:
Oral Electrolyte Maintenance Solution, With Grape use to quickly replace fluids and electrolytes lost during diarrhea and vomiting to help prevent dehydration in infants and children, for maintenance of water and electrolytes following corrective parenteral therapy for diarrhea. Oral Electrolyte is designed to promote fluid absorption more effectively than common household beverages.
INGREDIENTS:
Oral Electrolyte Maintenance Solution, With Grape contains (Pareve, U) Water, Dextrose, Less Than 2% Of : Fructose, Citric Acid, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Artificial Grape Flavor, Sodium Citrate, Aspartame, Red 40 And Blue 1. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine Oral Electrolyte Provides (Per Liter): Sodium, 45meq: Dextrose, 20 Grams, Fructose, 5 Grams, Calories, 100.
DIRECTIONS:
Do not add water. Ready to use. To open: Twist off cap to expose protective foil seal. Remove seal. After using, replace cap, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Do not reuse bottle. Direction for use: To restore fluid and minerals lost in diarrhea and vomiting. For infants under 1 year of age, consult your doctor before feeding Oral Electrolyte. For children 1 year of age and older, offer Oral Electrolyte every 3 to 4 hours. The child should take from 1 to 2 liters per day while the diarrhea continues.
