INGREDIENTS:

Active Ingredients

Arnica Gel contains: Montana 1X Trauma (bruises, stiffness, muscle stiffness), Arnica Montana Contains: Arnica Montana 30C (trauma. bruises, muscle soreness)

Inactive Ingredients

Arnicare Gel contains:, Purified Water, Alcohol Carbomer, Dimethicone Copolyol, Sodium Hydroxide, Arnica Montana Contains:, Sucrose, Lactose, Approx. 80 pellets

DIRECTIONS:

• Arnica Gel: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury.
• Repeat 3 times a day or as needed.
• Arnica Montana: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until relieved, or as directed by a doctor.

WARNINGS:

Arnica Gel:

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and with open wounds.
• Do not use if tube seal is broken.
• Stop using this product and consult a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens.
• Keep this and all medication out of reach of children.
• In case of ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

• If symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen, consult a physician.
