Dimethicone.
Inactive Ingredients:
Water, Glycerin, Distearyldimonium Chloride, Petrolatum, Isopropyl Palmitate, Cetyl Alcohol, Oat (Avena Sativa) Flour, Allantoin, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Chloride.
DIRECTIONS:
Twist off cap, remove quality seal. Do not use if seal is broken. Apply liberally as often as needed.
