Dicalcium Phosphate; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Calcium Carbonate; Stearic Acid; Ascorbic Acid; Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose; Vitamin E Acetate; Gelatin Pork; Black Cohosh; Acacia; Vanilla Flavor; Dandelion Root Powder; Jamaican Dogwood Bark; Motherwart Powder; Maltodextrin; Croscarmellose Sodium; Dextrose; Lecithin; Carbonyl Iron; Iron Oxide; Pleurise Root Powder; Hypromellose; Licorice Root Powder; Silicon Dioxide; Sodium Citrate; Titanium Dioxide; Gentian Root Powder; Sorbic Acid; Sodium Benzoate.
DIRECTIONS:
Two tablets 3 times a day, with meals. For best results, take regularly throughout the month. Each daily dose provides 6 mg of Iron (33% RDA), 500 mg of Calcium (50% RDA), 60 mg of Vitamin C (100% RDA) and 30 IU of Vitamin E (100% RDA).
