DIRECTIONS:
Wash and dry feet thoroughly. Carefully remove cushion from backing and apply with hole directly over the bunion or tender, enlarged joint. If pain persists or worsens, a podiatrist can prescribe specially fitted shoes, orthotic devices or surgery.
