INDICATIONS:
Puralube Opthalmic Ointment for use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Mineral Oil 42.5% (Eye Lubricant), White Petrolatum 56.8% (Eye Lubricant).
Inactive Ingredients:
Chlorobutanol (0.5%), Lanolin Alcohols.
DIRECTIONS:
Pull down the lower lid of eye and apply a small amountone fourth inch)of ointment to inside of the eyelid.Store away from heat.Protect from freezing.Retain carton for future reference.
WARNINGS:
For use in the eyes only.To avoid contamination,do not touch tip of container to any surface.Replace cap after use.Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.Use only if bottom ridge of tube cap is not exposed.
